2. Products
All products sold through Gallery of Reality are 3D-printed resin sculptures created from photogrammetry scans of original artworks. Product photos represent the item you will receive, though slight color variations may occur between batches due to the nature of resin printing. Glow-in-the-dark items require exposure to light before glowing.
3. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice. Applicable sales tax will be added at checkout based on your shipping address. Payment is processed securely through Stripe.
4. Intellectual Property
All artwork, 3D models, product designs, photographs, and content on this website are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. The original artists retain all rights to their artwork. Purchasing a DeskTopArt sculpture grants you ownership of the physical object only — not reproduction, scanning, or distribution rights.
You may not:
- Scan, photograph for reproduction, or create molds of purchased sculptures
- Download, copy, or redistribute any 3D models displayed on this site
- Use any content from this site for AI training or machine learning purposes
- Resell reproductions of any artwork featured on this site
